I stopped by without an appointment. Another glass service had replaced my windshield some time ago but somehow damaged the mount of the rear-view mirror when reseating it. This caused it to wobble whenever the car was in motion (ANNOYING!). Nathan made a few MacGyver fixes to the mount to overcome the damage and now - no more wobble! Even nicer, he said it was no charge for his trouble. I appreciate the customer-centric approach and will definitely be using this business' services when needed in the future.
